Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Litchfield County Released Inmates. Using the site means that a visitor agrees to these limits and understands that official Connecticut custody, court, and supervision records remain with the public agencies that created them.

This privately owned site has no affiliation with Litchfield County, CT DOC, a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or any government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Purpose of the Site

This is a private reference that points readers toward Litchfield County and Connecticut release, custody, court, and supervision resources. It does not possess official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document with a public office.

Outside research tools may be offered for convenience. Their operators control their own services, data, prices, and results.

  • Break any applicable law
  • Use information to stalk, threaten, or harass someone
  • Use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision
  • Seek unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data
  • Operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools
  • Disrupt the site or interfere with another visitor's access

Links Do Not Mean Endorsement

Links may lead to CT DOC, Connecticut courts, federal locators, legal resources, and outside search services. A link does not endorse the destination. We do not control its content, availability, security, or privacy practices, so visitors should review the destination's terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant:

  • That access will always be uninterrupted
  • That the service has no errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
  • That a partner search will return every relevant record

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by CT DOC, a court, police department, sheriff, jail, or other public agency.

We may change these terms at any time. Revised terms become effective when they are posted here, and later use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Access May Be Revoked

We may suspend, restrict, or end access at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice.
